If you do not eat enough nutritious food, then your brain will not have the nutrition to think clearly. If you keep postponing the times you eat food and stay busy, you will experience some brain fog because of the amount of work you are doing. If you feel brain fog, you should go and eat something that can help you feel much better, and you can keep working to the best of your abilities. Try to eat high-quality foods and no junk food. Try and carry something to eat that is healthy. 

Hair Loss And Brittle Nails

If you do not eat good food that can keep you healthy, you will start seeing problems with your hair and skin. Your hair and skin will not look as healthy. Your physical appearance suffers when you are not giving your body proper nutrition. Certain foods produce more keratin. By consuming these foods, you can have better hair, nails. 

Irritable Moods

You might have heard of an emotion called hangry. This is when you display more aggressive behavior because your body has less glucose and no energy. Many studies show when you have less glucose in your body, and it causes you to become very irritable. If you feel like you are becoming very moody, it might be time for you to go and eat something. Try your best to keep eating regularly and eat healthily, and you will feel much better, and your mood will not be bad. 

Conclusion- If you want to lose weight, then take a smart approach towards it. Do not deprive your body of important food and nutrition that it requires because that is harmful, and your body needs this nutrition. Exercise and follow a good diet; you do not have to deprive yourself of all food. Even if you have a busy schedule, try your best to eat foods that you can make quickly, carry and go.
