You may wind up working behind the scenes in a group project, either at work or in your community. You would rather be out in front, using your talents and being expressive and impressive. You aren't doing this to impress anyone, but it is nice to get recognition. Even so, you need to put your "all" into this effort, even if you don't think you'll get the accolades you think you deserve. You have far more influence where you are and much more power to do good. The accolades will come eventually.
