Defending the R&B superstar, are two young ladies that are still living with him. In an interview that was aired recently, they stated that their relationships with R. Kelly are completely consensual, as he has been charged for sexual abuse.

Joycelyn Savage and Azriel Clary, ages 23 and 21 respectively, stated to the US based television network, CBS that they are definitely in love with R. Kelly. Completely waving off allegations that the now 52 years old singer brainwashes them and forces them to stay in homes that operate as de facto sex cults.

Clary stated that they live with him and are in a relationship with him. Savage added, “a very strong relationship as well” – R. Kelly was jailed earlier this week for failure to pay child support.

When questioned on the nature of their sex lives with the artist, Clary said “I would never share with no one what I do in or outside of the bedroom.”

She went on to say that “”There are people all over the world who have multiple girlfriends,” she stated. “It’s no different.”

Hounded for years by allegations including sexual abuse, child pornography and false imprisonment, Robert Kelly, last month pleaded not guilty to 10 counts of aggravated criminal sex abuse against four alleged victims, of which three were minors.

An allegation of a 2001 sexual assault which involved a 13 years old is also being investigated by the Detroit police department, was disclosed recently.

These criminal cases are not in anyway linked to females that are currently living with R. Kelly.

A Buzzfeed report in 2017 alleged that the musician had kept females at his Atlanta and Chicago homes as virtual sex slaves. However, Clary and Savage called all the accusations launched against R. Kelly as money-making schemes.

After the interview aired with Azriel Clary, her parents then released a statement saying that their daughter “is presently suffering from years of mental abuse and manipulation by R. Kelly.”

A tweet by lawyer Michael Avenatti, who represents at least two of Kelly’s accusers stated, “R. Kelly is a desperate liar and serial abuser of young girls who should die in prison.” He stated, “All of the victims and parents cannot be lying.”
