But if you’re just trying to get a quick read on someone’s honesty, listening to their tone of voice is a good place to start.

Whether trying to figure out if your significant other is being truthful or spot a con artist, paying attention to the small details and different tell-tail signs can be helpful. Remember, this is not a fool-proof method; everyone exhibits different behaviors when they lie. So consider everything and use your best judgment! After all, that will usually be the best indicator if someone is being truthful or not.
